Home Addition - Charlotte, NC

This project included the addition of a playroom, master suite, and deck onto the back of the existing home. The added square footage (heated) is approximately 850sf. Some of the project features include a vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, heated master bathroom floor, tile bathroom floor and shower, and a large folding glass door that exits the addition onto the new deck!

Interior Renovation - Concord, NC

Here is one of our completed interior remodel projects in Concord, NC! The project included renovation of the master suite, and repair/replacement of floor joists due to water damage.

Secondary Bathroom and Powder Room Remodel

This project included demolishing the existing secondary bathroom, and moving plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for the new layout of the bathroom and to allow for the addition of a powder room.

Floor Joists Repair - Charlotte, NC

This existing home required repair and/or replacement of existing floor joists due to sagging and damage over time. Nance Brothers, LLC completed the structural repairs including demolition of damaged joists, installation of new joists, and installation of new subfloor.

Bathroom Remodel - Norwood, NC

This project included taking the existing primary bathroom space of this home down to the studs, and upgrading it with new waterproofing, tile finishes, and updated fixtures and lighting.

Workshop Conversion to ADU - Charlotte, NC

This in progress project includes taking an existing workshop and storage space, and expanding it and converting it to livable space. Even though the space is smaller at right over 400sf, it will have a bathroom, sleeping area, living area, kitchen, and laundry!
